Returns Policy

1. As a result of the handcrafted nature of our products, many items will vary slightly in color and/or size. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 7 days by contacting customer service.

2. Products eligible for returns or not will be mentioned clearly on the product detail page. Not all products are eligible for returns. Many items maybe FINAL PURCHASE, especially “ON SALE” items. Please check the products eligible for returns before making a final purchasing.

3. Merchandise exchanges will be handled as a return and reorder. Please follow the steps listed under returns and then log back onto our website to purchase items under a new transaction.

4. Damaged or defective items should be reported to us within 48 hours or 2 working days of receipt of the package with a photograph and invoice details. Please do not ship back damaged products unless requested to do so. A refund will be issued to your account or you will be shipped replacement item(s) as soon as possible.

5. Please allow up to 2 weeks for us to receive your return and process your request. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment for the cost of the product. If the item was a gift, we will issue store credit for the return. Unless your order arrived damaged, shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.

6. While we try to be as accurate as possible, we will occasionally make a mistake in fulfilling orders. If items are missing from your order, please contact us within 7 business days of receipt of the package to be issued a credit or to be shipped correct item(s).

7. To cancel an order, please contact us within 24hours. We normally ship our products within 48hours of receiving the order, in case otherwise mentioned. . If your order has not been shipped, we can accept your request. In case the order has been shipped, we cannot authorize a cancellation. Please follow the steps for Returns.
